Can you give me more info on how to replace the stock cam chain tensioner rubber wheel with a CB400 sprocket? Will doing this be as reliable as the M3 cam chain tensioner and the stock tensioner?
Thanks |

Hi mrosso and welcome to the forum.
The sprocket is from an early 450 twin (Black Bomber), and it's am easy swap with the rubber wheel. The bad news is that Honda doesn't make them anymore, and nowadays they are apparently made from unobtanium.
It would be about time for someone to come up with a replacement wheel.
About M3, I'll send you a pm.
Cheers,
Axl |

Thanks Axl.
Do you replace the large wheel or the small wheel on the stock tensioner with the sprocket? |

It's the lower one, the one which is removable and which sits between the cyclinder block and the case.
Cheers,
