I would like to increase the width of my rear wheel, with a new rim. I have a
1974 cb750. Will this bike take a 17/ 4inch rim? What size tire can fit?

For a 4" rear rim you will need an aftermarket swingarm. The best tire size for a 4" wheel is a 150 wide tire. If you are just after the looks, you may put a 160 or 170 tire on a 4" rim, but for driving a 150 is certainly better.
There is a 150/60x18 on my Rau on 4" mag wheels:

The stock swingarm can take up to a 130 or maybe 140 on a 3" rim. |

The guy Mark at M3 racing told me I could use a 4inch rim on my stock bike?
Dose anyone here have something like that? |
